Gordon Getley - graduated from Claremont Teachers College 1958. 11 years with the Education Department of WA , Gordon then moved to the Insurance Industry and set up his own Company ‘ Getley Paulsen & Associates P/L’ which became one of AMP’s most successful ‘General Agency’ and Financial Advisory businesses which still operates in West Perth today. Gordon is also chairman of a ‘Listed’ Mining & Exploration Company and non executive Director of a Property Development company as well as director of a number of private companies. Gordon has also been State & National President of several Financial services organizations and served on the board of a State & National sporting organization. Gordon brings a level of experience in corporate governance and special skills in sales & marketing that will assist the board of Atos Wellness Ltd |
Giulio Cimetta — Non-Executive Director

Giulio Cimetta graduated from the Western Australia Institute of Technology in 1980 with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting. He has been involved in the accounting industry for more than 20 years. After working in different sectors of the profession, he successfully became a partner in an accounting firm. He then proceeded to establish his own private practice in 1991 – specialising in providing tax, business and strategic planning advice to a variety of clients throughout Australia, Asia and the United Kingdom |

Graduated from University of Northwest
London with a degree in medicinal chemistry in 1983. In
1984 he started Atos which grew over the last 24 years
to become the Atos group (which includes Body Contours
which he founded in 1997) with a combined staff of 350
employees. He sold 51% of Body Contours to Medec in July
2006 for 75% consideration in Medec shares at 30 cts .In
January 2008 he merged Atos Wellness Group into Medec
Ltd for full scrip in Medec shares showing his
confidence in the future of this company. |
John Harold Darling – Non-Executive Director

John H Darling (VI) is Chairman of the Darling Group, a professional firm which specialises in Strategic Partnerships, Investments, Alliances and Collaborations worldwide with specific reference to Intellectual Property issues.
John’s family has been involved in the establishment of the iron and steel, grain and flour, investment banking and pastoral and agricultural industries in Australia.
John Darling Jnr is involved with Government and Commercial Consultancy Work and holds a Law Practising Certificate from The Law Institute of Victoria and Supreme Court of Victoria in Australia. He lives in South East Queensland, and travels extensively for work. He is a Director of VueStar Technologies Pte Ltd and the Australian Rainforest Foundation Ltd. |
Jitto Arulampalam – Non-Executive Director

Mr Jitto Arulampalam has 10 years experience in corporate restructuring having served in Westpac bank from 1997 to 2004 where he assisted companies achieve better performance through improved goal setting and financial management. In 2006 he was hired by Newsnet as its CEO to assist in the successful restructuring of the company which resulted in a lucrative trade sale.He positioned Newsnet as a leading innovator in the messaging/telco space to be recognised by the Australian Financial Review MIS Magazine as one of the "Top 25 global rising stars". |

Ian Gregory – Company Secretary

Ian was appointed as Company Secretary of Atos Wellness Ltd on 12 December 2007. He has over 25 years experience in the provision of company secretarial and business administration services in a variety of industries, including exploration, mining, mineral processing, oil and gas, banking, insurance and aquaculture. Ian is a consulting Company Secretary and provides services to a number of listed and private companies.
Ian was Company Secretary of the Iluka Resources Limited Group for 6 years and prior to that the Company Secretary of IBJ Australia Bank Limited, the Australian operations of the Industrial Bank of Japan for 12 years. He was also Company Secretary of the Griffin Coal Mining group of companies for 4 years.
Ian is the immediate Past Chairman of the Western Australian Branch Council of Chartered Secretaries Australia.
